Upon approval of course outlines, we deliver interactive workshop experiences using a customized Facilitator’s Guide, Participant’s Guide, supporting activities, and PowerPoint. Group size varies based on the breadth of your team and the established goals.

Train the trainer.

To enable an internal training model, we train your key personnel to deliver the same interactive, aligned learning experiences. The selected leader observes our sessions, receives coaching from an EDGES™ facilitator and begins leading experiences with decreasing supervision.
